Sales Applications Engineer II
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Application Engineer to interface with a sophisticated customer base, skilled in-house engineering staff and a global sales force.

Our Sales and Applications Engineers work directly with high technology companies, government laboratories, and research institutes around the world.
Interact with prospective customers to apply Aerotech's product offering to the customer’s specific application.
Manage all technical/engineering aspects of the application.
Generate and approve pricing, schedule and product offering for quotation to prospective customers.
Plan and direct marketing activity such as marketing strategy development, marketing materials generation, tradeshow support and lead generation activities.
Provide technical training to employees of our customers.
Interact with international field sales force to develop new accounts.
Determine marketing strategies and provide technical content to marketing group.
Performing presentations and demonstrations to customers at both the technical and executive level.
B2B technical sales: Develop technical proposals, quotations and orders.
Project Management and engineering for large custom systems.
Analysis and consultation of customer requirements for high precision mechatronic systems
The major duties of this job involve connecting quickly with people in a poised, convincing, and enthusiastic way.
This position entails working at an extremely fast pace, and will require working cooperatively with and through people in order to complete tasks.
Successful Sales and Applications Engineers at Aerotech will have a strong sense of urgency, initiative and a drive to get things done correctly.
Qualified applicants will have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or Computer Engineering (BSCoE) from an accredited college or university and have three to seven years of relevant experience.
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally, up to 15% of the time
