Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist II administers assigned areas of the marketing technology stack independently and builds campaign infrastructure, dashboards, and automations to specification. This position runs data integrity work, maintains the website, and resolves user issues without escalation.

Essential Functions

  • Campaign Development and Execution. Develop and execute corporate marketing campaigns for products and market segments. Build and maintain the lead generation and lead nurturing processes.
  • Platform Administration. Administer assigned HubSpot areas independently, including objects, properties, workflows, and forms. Resolve user issues without escalation.
  • Campaign Infrastructure. Build and maintain campaign infrastructure to specification, including workflows, scoring inputs, and routing rules.
  • Website and Digital Channels. Maintain and update aerotech.com. Execute digital initiatives across SEO, paid search, social, and email.
  • Data Integrity. Run data integrity initiatives for assigned objects. Build audits and fix root causes with some guidance.
  • Reporting and Analytics. Build dashboards and reports for campaigns, channels, and lead flow. Validate accuracy before distribution.
  • Process and Project Management. Improve existing processes and automations. Manage small operations projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
Additional Duties
  • Manage the corporate marketing demonstration equipment inventory, including physical location of record, check-out, and return.
  • Train marketing team members on platform usage and process adherence.
  • Support the regional marketing teams on trade show and promotional event planning and logistics.
  • Collaborate with and manage marketing technology vendors.
  • As assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Solid marketing automation administration skills. HubSpot preferred, and Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of data integrity practices and reporting.
  • Practical website CMS skills. WordPress preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and adjust marketing efforts to achieve results.
  • Ability to manage small projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy practices such as GDPR, preferred.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or information systems from an accredited college or university, required.
  • Minimum of four years of marketing operations experience, required.
  • Marketing automation platform administration, required. HubSpot certification preferred.
  • Experience with marketing technical products or services, preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Aerotech does not provide US work authorization sponsorship for this position. OPT and CPT visa holders are not eligible for employment if they will need work authorization sponsorship at any time in the future.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
  • This position is hybrid and based at Aerotech corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. On-site presence is expected as the work requires. 
  • May be required to sit for extended periods of time.
  • The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
