What will your day look like? At Aerotech, you will:
- Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software to determine production requirements and to monitor, analyze, and control production workflow
- Determine sales order delivery schedules based on production capacity
- Schedule work orders based on production capacity, inventory levels, and ship-by dates
- Proactively identify and mitigate barriers to on-time shipments, such as part shortages, capacity issues and vendor delays
- Prepare production packets for work orders
- Conduct root cause analysis on scheduling delays
- Analyze production trends to identify process improvements
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time deliveries
What will separate you from the rest? Experience with:
- At least 2 years of related experience and/or training in planning or purchasing preferred
- Creating charts, graphs, figures in support of data analysis
- Effective problem solving skills
- Effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees within the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies, or related field of study.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
